If we haven't done it, we don't write about it.
Most agency blogs are keyword inventory. Ours exists to answer the questions we get asked on calls — usually because we got the answer wrong somewhere first and had to work out why.
Which means the coverage is uneven on purpose. There's a lot on Amazon operations because that's the deepest practice. There's less on TikTok Shop because the channel is younger and we'd rather publish nothing than publish a guess.
- Written by operators. The person who ran the account writes the piece, or is interviewed for it.
- No invented numbers. Where we cite a result it comes from a real account, with the period and baseline stated.
- We name what didn't work. The failure modes are usually more useful than the playbook.
- Updated, not abandoned. Marketplace mechanics change. Posts that go stale get revised or retired rather than left to rot.
