If we can’t explain why a change should work, we don’t ship it. That means saying “we don’t know yet” more often than an agency usually would.

Every task, test and change is logged. It makes us slower to claim credit and impossible to hide behind a monthly deck.

Headquarters are at 40 Dewindt St, Beacon, New York, with the delivery operation in Cebu, Philippines. The two run overlapping working hours, so handoff between strategy and execution happens in real time rather than in overnight batches.
Is the delivery team employed by Engin8 or subcontracted?
Employed. Engin8 carries the contracts, payroll, benefits, training and performance management for its delivery team, and runs them on internal SOPs rather than sourcing per project from freelance marketplaces.
